[Patentcenter] Interesting stats on petitions: USPTO data is incorrect

Petition.ai posted an interesting blog that shows that the USPTO reporting
on petitions is consistently incorrect.

For example, they claim to have received only 26 petitions relating to
premature final rejections, none of which have been granted. But in reality
per their data, 94 petitions were filed, 49% of which were granted.

I liked the USPTO publicly sharing data, but if their data is BS, then it's
useless.
