[Patentcenter] Erroneous Access Error

Thanks for the heart attack PTO.

Today I received the below error message. We have POA and are the
correspondence address of record. Nothing changed. The error went away a
few tries later.  I cannot keep track of all of the errors people are
reporting, but for those who do, add it if you want.
