[Patentcenter] "OK" error

I got the same "OK" message when uploading the PTO's fillable RCE form. I removed the document and re-attached it, and then it worked (and it read that it was an RCE so the doc description was prefilled).  I don't think the error has anything to do with the drop down choices, at least for my RCE document - I think the system is just wonky.  I mean it's their form.

I looked for a ticket for this error, but did not find one.  I removed the document and tried again, successfully.  I am wondering if it is connected to the document name not registering from the drop down choices.
