[Patentcenter] supplemental after-final response not showing in transactions

Have a final action outstanding. Client gave me instructions to respond on
the last day of the 3 months. Responded. Got an advisory action last week.
Three days later filed another response, with payment of a one-month
extension fee. PC shows that the fee was paid and it shows the response in
the documents, but in "transactions" it doesn't show the response, so the
thing is just sitting there without going to the examiner.

Who do I call to fix this? EBC? Examiner? Applications (Non-)Assistance
Unit?

Thanks, Kathi Vidal. I'm glad you're helping us all learn about copyrights
in Mexico, but how about an electronic filing system that does its job?
