[Patentcenter] ADS upload issues (again)

Hi Randall - No.  The screenshot of the error I posted below was the only bit of information it gave me.  I assume maybe it was one of the foreign addresses, but the fields in the ADS form itself took the full address so why would uploading it be an issue?  The addresses weren’t all that excessively long. I’ve filed longer addresses in the past, so I have no idea.

I will play with it more when I get a few minutes to see if I can work out whatever caused the issue. I’ll touch base if I find anything. I just didn’t have the time to sort out the USPTO’s random non-helpful errors this morning. 😊

Good morning all – I can’t recall if we came across this issue and had a fix yet, so my apologies if this is a repeat issue.  I uploaded a USPTO Application Data Sheet form and got the following error pasted below.  What does that mean? The ADS has its own internal character limit on addresses and such and everything seems to be in order.  I don’t know what that error could mean or how to begin to rectify the issue. If anyone has info that would be great.  Otherwise, I guess I will load it under the “No ADS and Attached ADS “ option and pray they don’t mess it up. There are quite a few inventors with foreign addresses for this one.  Maybe that is the issue?  Regardless, foreign addresses should work in the ADS without issue.

I wish the errors provided would give helpful insight as to what the specific problem is with the document.  It basically just says, “you have an issue, good luck”. It wastes so much time with trial and error trying to read their minds.
