[Patentcenter] ADS upload issues - OK message

I've had that notice before, usually when I uploaded something to a saved
submission.  I don't know what it means either.  The red X plus the OK
gives rather mixed messages. I ended up logging out & back in, and the
second time I uploaded I didn't get that message.

Next time I may test submitting it with the OK sign, but this was an
application and I didn't want to end up with problems if it meant something
wasn't being properly recognized by the system.
