<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I get it almost every time I try to download an office action. I download the PDF successfully and then click on the corresponding DOCX file (for an office action), and I
get this error message. I am not logged out. I have not done anything except click to download a DOCX file (or another PDF file) right after downloading a PDF file.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b><u>not</u></b> changed, and I do still have access. Can anyone tell me why a message like this would pop up instead of a \u201csystem busy\u201d or \u201cmax search limit reached\u201d message? There\u2019s no reason I can think of to tell the practitioner they don\u2019t have access
to something when it\u2019s just a system snafu on their end. At this point it feels like they\u2019re trying to make us miserable. Maybe they want all the practitioners to retire to make room for more pro se applicants?
