I just attempted to file an Information Disclosure
Statement (IDS) in PatentCenter for 17/209,035 and was
unable to because I received a filename in convention in

the list served indicated that they were receiving such
errors when they used capital letters.<span
style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Therefore, I renamed my file with all lowercase
letters and still received an error.<span
style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>I then renamed it to be \u201c1\u201d and then \u201ca\u201d, and both
were still rejected.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
