<p class="MsoNormal">Very first attempt and I got the case not associated with the customer number crap.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is my application it *<b>is</b>* associated with my customer number. And it is a published application, so I should see it anyway.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On my second attempt I was able to download a PDF of the action.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Tried to get the DOCX and got a Search limit reached message.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I am logged in why am I getting a search limit? And why one search (whatever is meant by a search)?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">How frustrating. And how embarrassing!!! This is the best the PTO can do?!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Good news though: <b><u>I was able to download the files I needed from Global Dossier</u></b>.
