<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The PTOs acknowledgement receipts are almost unreadable. They will definitely not survive the multiple scans of any litigation. By the second or third document production
they will be useless.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The simple fix for the PTO lurkers here STOP using different color in the receipts. Just use BLACK fonts. The color adds nothing except degradation of the scanned images
stored in the image files.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If the system fills in the Assignee from the ADS (which usually doesn't work for me, the Assignee type is indicated as "Organization" with a warning to change to the type. If you do, the system does not save that change. So when you open
the Web-85 form, it'll show "Organization." It will not error as a result though, so you can submit it with the incorrect entity identification. I don't know what happens if you do, because I correct this by going back, deleting the auto-filled entity & re-entering
their data.<o:p></o:p></p>
