<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><b>The nightmare is to be near a deadline for filing or other action, and have Patent Center require excessive time to complete the task, perhaps after dealing with bugs, etc. Worse if there's a problem which cannot be fixed the same day. Perhaps a firm would be justfied in charging back part of the surcharge(s) saved by using PatentCenter, or perhaps increasing billing rates for attorneys and paralegals who have invested the time to become proficient in using the system? If someone could find a way to file a lawsuit under the False Claims Act with a lawyer skillful enough to take it to a successful conclusion with mega-damages established, that should get the PTO's attention.</b></div><div><br></div>
