<p>Attached is a copy of the Certification page, for which the checked boxes were not checked during the Patent Center preview.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>I did not capture a screenshot, thinking that if necessary, this could be resubmitted later; and did not waste any time on this. I subsequently verified that the IDS was correct in the IFW.
