<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone know how you can verify the payment of maintenance fees in Patent Center if you are not the Attorney of Record? I was doing some due diligence in a case and could not determine whether the maintenance fees had been paid. I
called EBC to find out. When they asked for a patent number I gave them one that I actually have receipts of payment of the 4 and 8 year fees. I was told that no maintenance fees had been paid on the case. This is a bit frightening.<o:p></o:p></p>
