<p class="MsoNormal">Do I recall correctly? I think in EFS-Web you could request a Foreign Filing License almost like filing a provisional application. You called it a "Petition for Foreign Filing License" (instead of a provisional application), uploaded
the thing you were going to file, click a few obvious boxes and pay the 1.17(g) FFL fee, and voila, it's done.<o:p></o:p></p>
