<p>There is something badly wrong with the USPTO's hosting of DNS:<o:p></o:p>
</p>

</p>
<p>There are ways to do DNS in a very reliable fashion. And they do not cost a lot of money. But the USPTO probably contracted this out to somebody incompetent.<o:p></o:p>
