<p class="MsoNormal">Now on my phone I can’t access the USPTO at all. I had a non-provisional ready to submit but when I clicked on the button to pay, nothing happened except a screen refresh, over and over. EBC told me to log out and try again (I saved the
submission first), and then the Patent Center would not come up at all, though the USPTO site would. Now it’s down too. <o:p></o:p></p>
