<p class="MsoNormal">When we check the Workbench in PatentCenter to download the unviewed correspondence every day, we check the “unviewed correspondence” filter. That way we only see what we have not already seen. However, we discovered to our great dismay
and disadvantage that we have been missing correspondence that has the mysterious “Proofed Practitioner Two” in the “viewed by” column. We have no idea who that is, but now (too late) we never check the “unviewed” filter.<o:p></o:p></p>
