<p class="MsoNormal">When we check the Workbench in PatentCenter to download the unviewed correspondence every day, we check the \u201cunviewed correspondence\u201d filter. That way we only see what we have not already seen. However, we discovered to our great dismay
and disadvantage that we have been missing correspondence that has the mysterious \u201cProofed Practitioner Two\u201d in the \u201cviewed by\u201d column. We have no idea who that is, but now (too late) we never check the \u201cunviewed\u201d filter.<o:p></o:p></p>
