I guess you mean "unable to accept credit card payments in real time <br>
through the online payment system".  So a first workaround would be to <br>
fax in Form 2038, maybe accompanied by Form PTO/SB/92.<br>

I can't tell from what you wrote whether the thing that was broken was <br>
the entirety of the online payment system or only the credit-card part <br>
of the online payment system.  If the latter, then second and third <br>
workarounds would be an EFT (ACH) debit or a charge to one's deposit <br>
account.<br>
