Hello to all:

I retired from taking new clients in my patent practice a couple
of years ago, but agreed to help my existing clients get their
ongoing cases to safe harbor. So while I am aware that
PatentCenter is rather problematic in relation to PAIR, I have not
found it necessary to follow the details of all the problems that
people have run into with this new and "improved" 😮 system.

But on Sunday I filed the issue fee for two patents for one of my
remaining clients, and immediately after when I went to check the
case status and see all the documents in the case file to make
sure all is in order, as I always did with PAIR, I received a "No
Data Available" message, and was unable to access anything at all
with respect to those two cases. I figured that because it was a
Sunday, and that because PatentCenter is different, perhaps it
would take a day or two for the case to become visible again. But
here we are, four days later, and both cases are still invisible
to me.

Has anyone else had a similar problem, and if so, how long should
I expect to have to wait until I can see these two cases again and
make sure that all is progressing as it should?

In retrospect, retiring before PatentCenter got started looks like
it was a good move, to avoid a lot of aggravation and wasted time!

Thanks,
