Center.<span>  </span>Assignments are currently under
review at OMB under the Paperwork Reduction Act; this letter notes that
Assignment Center makes several things more difficult, and the PTO should book
that additional burden.  I got a number of suggestions -- typos, toning down a few poitns to criticize the software and the processes, not the people, and adding two new points at pages 17-18.  Also, the signup list got corrupted sometime between 4PM and 6PM (eastern) yesterday--I was able to recover some of the lost data, but perhaps not all.<br></span></font></p>
