<div dir="ltr">If you forgot to upload a document when filing a US application with a foreign priority claim, can you file the forgotten document (immediately after, the same day--minutes later) and have that separately filed document count as part of the original filing?  Any MPEP or other cite to make one more confident? <div><br></div><div>I think I have seen this as possible, but I cannot find it searching my emails. </div><div><br></div><div>Thank you all. </div></div>
