<p>Yes, I posted a somewhat similar tip a couple of days ago. I
would arm-wrestle with Patent Center to no avail. Then I would
select one of the other systems that requires logging in. It does
not have to be MyUSPTO. It could be Financial Manager, or Ass
Center, or TEAS. Log in. Then try once again to get Patent
Center to behave normally. And fairly often this click path would
then give me as much as twenty minutes of normal operation of
Patent Center.</p>
<p>Eventually, of course, Patent Center would accumulate enough
defective cookies in my browser, or something like that, or
defective state information encoded into the URL, and then Patent
Center would start being weird again. But at least this click
path would sometimes give me twenty minutes.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">This might be a coincidence, but I was
experiencing the same browser refresh issue that many were
discussing here earlier today, and I did something that
seemingly fixed the issue for me.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Normally, I leave a browser tab open to
patent center and I re-log in or refresh as needed.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This morning, I refreshed and got to the
login screen, entered my credentials and the auth code from my
authenticator app and patent center loaded, and then reloaded,
etc.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">During all of this reloading, I tried
clicking random buttons to no avail, until I stumbled across
something that actually worked.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I clicked on MyUSPTO in the top banner and
was directed to the MyUSPTO page.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I was initially asked to log in, but a
screen refresh carried over my credentials and I was logged in
automatically.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I then clicked on the patent center link
from myuspto and it opened patent center in a new tab in my
browser and that has been working with no refresh issues (so
far).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Wondering if the same process would work
for any others having issues.<o:p></o:p></p>
