page. I used to be able to use the browser's back button to get back to the page with the "pay fees" button, and then the button would take me where it was supposed to, but now when I try that, I get the Forbidden message.<o:p></o:p></p>

Just noticed that after I login, if I select Patent Center, it loops as if I have NOT login yet, with the upper right corner label being "Sign In". If I click that, it goes back to the login page.<br>

If I select "Certified Copy Center", it shows my order history and my name in the upper right corner, which indicates that I am logged in already. No luck trying to go back to Patent Center from the Certified Copy Center page.<br>
