<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">You will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. In addition, if you have a Foreign Filing deadline within 30 days, please submit your document along with your order number if applicable
to our <a href="mailto:DSD@uspto.gov" title="mailto:DSD@uspto.gov">DSD@uspto.gov</a> mailbox.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I was unsure what the \u201cdocument\u201d was they wanted me to submit, but after a call, I found that they want a letter from the foreign agent (on their letterhead) with the deadline for submitting
the certified assignment(s). I sent an email to <a href="mailto:DSD@uspto.gov" title="mailto:DSD@uspto.gov">
DSD@uspto.gov</a> 30 days before the deadline, with the letter, my three cancelled order numbers along with what assignments I needed. I sent a reminder the following week as my original email was not acknowledged and was told they were working on it. Repeated
this process the following week and told the same thing, but later that same day I was advised \u201cthe assignments that were escalated are ready to be placed as an order on the Certified Copy Center\u201d and once the order was placed to send them a copy of my receipt.
