a few days ago. I.e., the assignment of record identifies a different assignee that has not transferred rights. I've been unable to identify

process for correcting the assignee for publication in this particular situation. (<a href="https://mpep.uspto.gov/RDMS/MPEP/current#/current/d0e145040.html" id="LPlnk851379" title="https://mpep.uspto.gov/RDMS/MPEP/current#/current/d0e145040.html">MPEP 1481.01</a> seems
not quite on point, as (in my reading) it is directed to identifying an assignee recorded after issue fee payment, and would not likely result in correction prior to printing. ) </span></div>

I've spent unconscionable time on hold for the Application Assistance Center only to be directed to the Certificate of Corrections office (703-756-1814), which office provides only a recorded message directing the caller to send an email or call a team leader
at 703-756-1586 (disconnected) or supervisor at 571-272-6621 (unhelpfully an examiner in art unit 3637). I sent an email to the specified email address, customerservicecoc@uspto.gov, a week ago, to no avail.</div>
