<span style="font-size: 14.6667px;">Anecdotally, w</span>e are close to 100% unless we get an allowance. However, we also are proactive about requesting interviews, so sometimes we get our interview 'before' the AFCP decision (which we prefer because it gives
us an opportunity to try to drive to an agreement).</div>

if anybody has numbers to either refute the USPTO's assertion or back it up.</p>
