<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">I have a divisional application filed 2 years ago that the client wanted to monitor (in order to contact the examiner once it was assigned). The first action prediction letters started out saying
7 months (in June 2022), then it shifted to 6 months (August 2022), then 5 months (May 2023). The last time I checked was in October 2023, still at \u201c5 months\u201d. Almost 7 months after that last check, still no action, no examiner assigned to the case.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

tool is disabled permanently. (Not that either of these were particularly reliable.) Also, the estimates by Technology Centers in the Official Gazette (<a href="https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/official-gazette/official-gazette-notices-2024">https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/official-gazette/official-gazette-notices-2024</a>)
appear to be obsolete.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
