[sic], Patent Extension of Time Fees). So where is the Terminal Disclaimer fee?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I consider this a bug, but the Patent Center implementors probably took their guidance from the
<a href="https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/fees-and-payment/uspto-fee-schedule">
PTOs fee schedule</a>, where terminal disclaimers (fee code 181/2814/3814) are under Post issuance fees.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
