nearly every state, ethics rules require a lawyer to make
reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized
disclosure of, or unauthorized access to, information relating to
the representation of a client. Colorado Rule 1.6(c), for
example, says:</p>

client.</em> </blockquote>

it violate ethics rules to use email in client communications?
