<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">I\u2019ve always used SMS for 2FA in Patent Center, but figured I should add an authenticator app, too. Since I have MS Authenticator on my phone for Microsoft 365, I figured I\u2019d use
that.<br>

But when I try to authenticate it, I get \u201cThere was an error with the system, please try again later.\u201d<br>

Has anyone had this issue, and/or is anyone successfully using MS Authenticator?

Before I call the EFS Help Desk, I want to make sure that it\u2019s not an issue similar to the address book in Assignment Center, which just doesn\u2019t work, full stop.<br>
