<p>I have happily not really run into those IDS statements (at least
not quite like that) yet -- but now I'm thinking this could make a
good boilerplate basis, along with Judith's point.</p>

information was not considered, the Examiner is requested to
indicate in what way the submitted IDS failed to comply with

patent documents, 5 foreign patent documents, and about 8
