An 'interim copy' was timely submitted. At the time, people noted that the mail room at the USPTO is barely functional, and that this is life.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Randall [see below] impressed upon me the need to request a 'Corrected Notice of Allowance'</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">THE GOOD NEWS --> </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Almost 2 months after they received the paper certified copy via DHL, it FINALLY showed up in the image file wrapper.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">On patent center, it appears under "<span><span style="font-size: 13px;">Certified Copy of Foreign Priority Application".</span></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">THE BAD NEWS --></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">According to Randall's VERY helpful comment below (thank you), we immediately request a 'Corrected Notice of Allowance"</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">That was almost two weeks ago, and the USPTO has NOT responded to our request for the '<span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Corrected Notice of Allowance"</span></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">We need to pay the issue-fee in about a week and a half, and I would like the corrected notice of allowance before paying the issue fee.</span></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">MY QUESTION -- whom should I phone to plead for the USPTO to expedite? copy of the certified copy under the Supplemental Content tab in Patent Center if the certified copy has color or gray-scale drawings.<span>
</span>That happened to us once, and we didn't realize it was there until we called the Applications Assistance Unit and they told us it was there.<span>

file a Request for Corrected Notice of Allowance asking the USPTO to acknowledge receipt of the certified copy, and wait for a priority acknowledgement from the USPTO before you pay the Issue Fee.<span>
