I am dealing with a case now where there are about 30-40 rather short sequences, some look the same. It is a US national phase of a PCT case. Neither the RO nor the ISA asked for the listing in the required machine-readable format, so it is not in Patentscope, neither is it in the foreign priority application. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>There probably is a tool that can extract sequences from a WO pub and put them in the required format for submission to the PTO (in response to a request from the PTO). I saw some tools with subscriptions for organizations of this or that size and so on. I don\u2019t need anything complex for a rather simple once in a while task.
