<p>I'm guessing Track One (of course, Rocket Docket for design has
been terminated).</p>
<p>Accelerated Examination is a nightmare - read Carl's article he
posted earlier.<br>
However, many people want <i>prioritized </i>examination --
which is a broader category. Track One is the most painless way to
get there by paying 2 fees (Track One fee + processing fee) at the
time of filing. There is a form you have to fill out -- it has to
be filed <i>at the time of filing</i>, including all fees, and
there are some claim count fees. Make sure you review the form 2
or 3 times to make sure you have all the requirements met. Most of
them can't be fixed after filing (you're application will be fine,
but you'll lose the opportunity for Track One without refiling).
Track One usually gets youa first action in about 6 months.<br>
