<p>Well maybe not painless, but as a point of clarity I did say <i>most</i>
painless :-D</p>
<p>I assumed here (probably shouldn't have) that you were going US
only, and wanted acceleration immediately. Track One is the most <i>straightforward</i>
way to do that, unless you have an inventor > 65 years -
accelerate due to age I have found to usually be very promptly
handled by the Office.<br>

filing (you're application will be fine, but you'll lose the
opportunity for Track One without refiling). Track One usually
gets youa first action in about 6 months.<br>
