<p>What if the author of the "reminder" was dumb and did not realize
that AI and neural network cases sometimes end up in Tech Centers
that are not on his short list (2100, 2600 and 3600).</p>
<p>Indeed it would be the Examiners in those other art units (the
art units that do not receive such large numbers of AI/NN cases)
that would most benefit from training and reminders.</p>
