\u201cmatter\u201d records. For example, before I file a patent application, I populate an AppColl record for the corresponding matter with a title, inventors, etc. I can then press a button, and AppColl generates an Application Data Sheet (ADS) and declarations for
the inventors using USPTO PDF forms. AppColl fills in fields of the PDF forms from data in the matter\u2019s record. I wrote a template assignment (using Microsoft Word, but other word processor can be used), and AppColl can generates an assignment, again filling
in data from the matter\u2019s record. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
