have a situation where 2 provisional applications were
filed, but the 2<sup>nd</sup> one has yet to receive the
Filing Receipt, and we are coming up on a deadline to
foreign file. Just called AAU and was told the Filing
Receipt for the 2<sup>nd</sup> Provisional should issue very
soon (\u201c7 business days\u201d) since it was being escalated. Am
thinking a petition for expedited FFL may be needed, but
curious if they are still providing those within 3 business
days?<br>
