This Tungsten-branded Power PDF Standard for Windows (<a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.tungstenautomation.com/products/power-pdf/pricing">web
page</a>) is, apparently, a one-time payment of $129 for
lifetime use of the software.</p>

tells me to go to "prepare forms" and then "create
