<p class="x_MsoNormal">For calculating fees in Box 24 on the PTO-1390 national phase transmittal, are we using the PCT publication in its entirety to calculate the number of pages (which usually includes the SR)? I learned to do it that way via the PCT learning
center from Carol Bidwell and Gary Smith, back in the day. </p>
