<p class="MsoNormal"><span>I am interested in hearing about
recent experiences with requesting Track 1 status with an
RCE filing. I\u2019m particularly interested in applications
that were already Track 1 and received a final office
action, where the RCE was then filed with another Track 1
request. Specific experiences in the biotech art units
would also be appreciated. Have there been any difficulties
having the Track 1 status approved (assuming all filing
requirements are met)? Has there been any tendency on the
part of the examiners to stall or otherwise be difficult?
Have there been any difficulties with getting interviews
with the examiners? If so, can anyone suggest tactics to
troubleshoot? Has anyone had any particularly positive
experiences? Any relevant information or tips would be
appreciated. </span></p>
