<p>What David said. And on top of this, sometimes there are two or
more entities that add up to being the foreign client. When that
happens, it is very helpful to have signatures from each of the
entities making clear that you can safely follow instructions of
the instructing counsel without having to worry so much about the
distinct entities.</p>
