EBC recommended I try using "Incognito" and that didn't work; then EBC said try switching from Chrome to Edge so I logged out and logged in with Edge - for me, didn't fix the issue. Perhaps my 'issue' is localized or has something to do with, as suggested
by Scott, a 'Microsoft Azure' issue. <br>

Is anyone else having a problem logging into "Patent Center"; I have logged in successfully but get a blank screen when selecting "Patent Center" from the "Patent" pull down menu. I have talked to EBC but they were not a lot of help. </div>
