              misunderstanding something fundamental.&nbsp; ePCT is a
              computer system.&nbsp; ePCT is the equivalent of Patent Center
              at WIPO for PCTs.&nbsp; For PCTs, forget Patent Center, forget
              <a href="http://uspto.gov" moz-do-not-send="true">uspto.gov</a>.
              &nbsp; Start at&nbsp;<a href="https://pct.wipo.int/ePCT" moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-freetext">https://pct.wipo.int/ePCT</a>
              and work from there.&nbsp; It's really far easier than the

                    stuff like this, which you can probably use even if

                and work from there.&nbsp; You will have to set up an account
                at WIPO.&nbsp; I did that once years ago, and I don't recall
