[Copyright] (Off-topic) touring exhibition agreement

If anyone represents a museum or other institution that has licensed out rights in artifacts or other properties for a touring exhibition, and has a template that they would be willing to share with me, I’d be grateful. I am sure there are issues that I am not thinking of and I’d rather not have to reinvent the wheel. Thank you!
