[E-trademarks] The New Searching System

When you have done a search -- if you look to the far right there is a place you can click to leave a comment.  I have been flooding the PTO with my comments about what isn't working.  So far, I'm not seeing any benefit in the new system and a whole lot of downside.  I simply can't trust the search results.  And I've had multiple instances where a mark has come up in a search, it has a TSDR reference, but when I go to click into documents, the PTO's system no longer recognizes the serial number.  What is THAT about?
