[E-trademarks] 69 Trademark Search System || TSDR "Live" Registration Mismatches

By my checks, the trademark search system indicates 69 dead registrations are active registrations.

The 4 most recent are registrations that were cancelled on 17 October 2023 but still appear as live registrations on the new trademark search system.  The search SN:(90645467 90645454 90389085 76303501) retrieves those 4 recently cancelled registrations that appear as live registrations on the new trademark search system.  The cancellation date search CD:20231017 does NOT retrieve any of those 4 trademarks, though TSDR clearly shows the 17 October 2023 cancellation date for each of those 4 trademarks.  Too bad TSDR does not allow searching by fields other than serial number or registration number.

The other 65 dead registrations are older dead registrations in the 81-series that the new trademark search system presents as live registrations.  The search

A curiosity.  For 90389085 (from the first set of 4 cancelled registrations), the little arrow icon appears on the search system results list and displays in a pop-up window

My point: from the pop-up GS display, the trademark search system does NOT include all the relevant GS information, as though the search system developers intentionally excluded some relevant information when loading the GS data into the search system; consequently, my retired TESS search strategy for identifying live trademarks with no active classes fails for the current trademark search system. with the serial numbers in decreasing order retrieves the 94 live trademarks with no active classes when I last successfully ran that retired TESS search strategy on Thursday.
