https://ssrn.com/abstract=4274391   In Facebook v Windy City, I submitted a
similar amicus brief, and the court basically took my brief and recast it
as opinion. I can't say the same thing will happen here, but the brief is
worth a skim.  It shows why Pam's case is important not only for itself,
but as a symptom of the culture of cheating that pervades the PTO's senior
legal staff.
