[E-trademarks] Looking for recommendation for a commercial mediator

Good afternoon, listmates.

                Looking for a nonstandard recommendation. Have two sophisticated, well-funded parties who need a commercial mediator. There aren't legal matters at issue, the need is to get two obstinate parties speaking to each other and to guide their conversation once it gets moving. The request describes the two parties as "fire-spitting dragons", for context.

                As always, recommendations off-list please.
